Social Media Guidelines
If you plan to post any photos on social media, please take note of the following guidelines:
Always consider the student's identity protection that puts the students at risk e.g. any posts that will reveal their location to strangers or cause them to be bullied/made fun of by other students)
Media release consent
Only capture or use photos or videos of students who have signed the media release consent forms by parents/guardians
TFM Staff will advise you regarding these students or specific concerns during the event.
Students' names
DO NOT reveal the students' names/name tags
If a name must be used, keep it generic or use the common first name
Blur out the students' names in the photos or videos when posting your content on your social media platforms.
School names
DO NOT mention school names or show school badges.
State the area's name e.g. a Sentul, Kuala Lumpur school.
